A Simulation-Based Prediction Method for Combat Damage Rate of Aviation Equipment

This paper addresses the issue of predicting the combat damage rate of aviation formations and proposes an algorithmic model based on simulation game data. By analyzing the content related to the combat damage of aviation equipment, nine influencing factors are extracted from four aspects of combat style, combat scale, air superiority capabilities of both sides, and battlefield environment. A combination of grey relational analysis and multiple linear regression analysis is used to calculate the grey relational degree of each influencing factor with the combat damage rate, and the four most influential factors are selected for further analysis using multiple linear regression to establish a prediction model. The validation with instances shows that the predicted values of the model constructed in this paper deviate only slightly from the actual values, demonstrating that the model can effectively predict the combat damage rate of aviation equipment in flight formations.
