Knowledge Driven Semantic Segmentation based on Instance Adaptive Learning
The most important manoeuvre in computer-vision and video process is fore-ground detection. Precise removal of foreground objects is essential for succeeding complex endeavours like tracking and target recognition. Foreground detection in convoluted situations remains an ongoing challenge, given the fact that numerous techniques have been proposed. An algorithm for foreground recognition based on superpixel and semantic segmentation is presented in this paper. To acquire the primary foreground mask, multiscale superpixel segmentation is first utilised. To acquire the final foreground object, the results of superpixel and semantic segmentation are combined using predetermined parameters after a semantic segmentation network has already been executed to differentiate between potential foreground objects. Furthermore, an enhanced foreground result is incorporated into the background model.
