Application of Multi-Agent System Based on Algorithm Model in Rural Revitalization

This paper proposes an algorithm model based on multi-agent system (MAS) to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Multi-agent system achieves task allocation and optimization by simulating the collaboration and competition between multiple autonomous agents, and has strong adaptability and flexibility. First, this paper designs agent algorithms including collaboration, competition and adaptive scheduling mechanisms, which are applied to agricultural production optimization, infrastructure construction and ecological environment monitoring. Through experiments and simulations, the performance of the system in different application scenarios is verified. In agricultural scheduling, the use of multi-agent collaborative algorithm increases crop yield by 10.2% and reduces resource waste by 15.6%; in infrastructure intelligent scheduling, the system's scheduling efficiency is improved by 17.3% and the cost is reduced by 12.5%; in ecological environment monitoring, the system's real-time data collection and analysis capabilities are improved by 20.4%. The results show that multi-agent system can effectively improve the efficiency of various tasks in rural revitalization, and provide strong technical support for the realization of agricultural modernization and sustainable development.
