Dynamic Resource Allocation Strategies for Cloud Computing: A User-Centric Approach Using AI

Cloud computing has simplified resource accessibility to most organizations and private individuals. It is flexible, scalable, and economical, but managing those resources can be a challenge, especially in the face of changing user demands. This study proposes a smart system that enables machine-learning algorithms in predicting and managing resources such as CPU, memory, and cost. The system, after analyzing past data files and understanding user needs, predicts workloads with an approach to resources adapted automatically. Doing so does allow resources to be managed more efficiently, thereby saving both costs and time. The system was put to test on real data files and showed clearer performance with less waiting time and cost-saving efforts while keeping the users satisfied.
