Research on Fuzzy Hierarchical Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Multi Person Decision Making Based on Grey Relational Clustering
In response to the characteristics of multiple influencing factors and complex evaluation indicators for operational applicability, a typical object's operational applicability evaluation index system was established. The evaluation index system structure was divided into three hierarchical levels, and an evaluation factor set, a weight set, and a comment set were established. The independent evaluation weight matrix was obtained through the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the grey relational clustering analysis method was used to cluster the independent evaluation matrix to obtain a multi person decision weight vector. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation score was obtained through the established multi-level fuzzy evaluation model. The method provides an objective processing method for conducting comprehensive evaluation of operational applicability using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in multi person decision-making situations, and the evaluation results can provide clearer guidance for improving equipment performance.
