Ethics Code for Drones in Public Health Care
Drones are proposed as a way to increase productivity in public health with limited staff and resources. In order to fully realize the advantages of this technology and safeguard those who may be harmed, this study first frames the use of experiment. Next, we provide a moral framework to help with the planning, creation, application, and evaluation of drones employed in public health. We organize the framework in accordance with the, and justice—as well as the fifth principle—explicability—ethics, taking into account the healthcare setting. Since these principles are abstract and difficult to operationalize, we propose a translation method based on a which highest ethical principles are converted area. The end result is a paradigm for applied ethics that makes it easier to recognize pertinent ethical concerns while designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating drones for use in public health.
