Decentralized Distributed Online Multiagent Systems Frequency Control

Paper suggests a distributed online structure recognition-based summation model predictive control approach for the frequency management. The benefit of the suggested scheme is fundamentally adjustable to the varying system status. As the distributed system global and local variables are recognized via online estimation, the system is robust against exotic system agitation. Paper is employing a split-KalmanNet filter that synchronous the states of recognized model, facilitating a plug and play. The controller is using the recognizing enlargement incremental model, which merges optimal summation performance to reduce the frequency steady state errors. Also, quadratic optimized controller produces constraints restriction to the control inputs not beyond limits during faults, in which supporting controller in executing frequency ride through. The suggested scheme is proved via the IEEE 123 bus regarding the communication delay. Simulation results show enhancement of transient performance, in contrast to the PI.
