Abstract

To address some of the issues that legacy systems in global corporations bring, such as fragmented data, inadequate scalability, and an antiquated front-end interface propose in the paper a cloud-based human resource (HR) platform. Decision-making is challenging with current HR systems, which also lack real-time transparency. The AI-enabled new platform promises to handle data analytics, automate several repetitive operations enable instant accesses to the data, and seamlessly integrate to enhance decision-making. Making use of cloud advantages for data centralization, scalability, and API connection with other enterprise applications. Important Points Regarding Process Efficiency, Cost Cutting, Employee Contentment, and Decision Accuracy Case Study in contrast to Legacy and Conventional Systems based on task completion time and satisfaction criteria, the proposed system performed significantly better than conventional approaches, reporting a 90% employee satisfaction rate, a 25% increase in process efficiency, and a 30% cost reduction. A cloud-based system that empowers HR teams in global firms, reduces administrative costs and maximizes staff management.
