Research on Intelligent Control Algorithms in Intelligent Ship Manufacturing

This paper establishes a simulation model suitable for the intelligent manufacturing process of ships. By establishing the corresponding mathematical model, various resources in each link are optimally configured and effectively scheduled. In order to verify the correctness of the proposed method, a detailed simulation system was established and experiments were carried out in a variety of product environments. The experiment proved that this method can effectively improve the overall work efficiency of ship processing and reduce processing costs. Through the analysis of the actual shipbuilding process, the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method was verified, which reduced the construction period of the shipbuilding process by an average of 15.6% and saved 12.3% of the resource utilization efficiency. Compared with the conventional scheduling method, the new scheme proposed in this paper has stronger adaptability and robustness. The implementation of this project will propose new solutions to the resource allocation problem in the process of realizing intelligent ship production, and will also verify the practicality and superiority of PSO.
