Deep Learning Based Facial Emotion Recognition
People's emotions are often revealed through facial expressions, which is a crucial part of nonverbal communication. Recognizing expressions is essential for human-computer interaction. Different approaches using image processing, machine learning algorithm, and deep learning to accurately identify human emotions. While some methods achieved success, they often came with added complexity, this paper talks about various methods involved in facial emotions recognition and focuses on deep learning architecture method. This model achieves better accuracy than existing models, considering its lower complexity. However, there's room for improvement in recognizing fear and disgust expressions.
