Towards Precision Sports Image Classification: Insights from Weighted Ensemble Models
The precise detection of sports activities and athletic movements within images represents a complex problem because of the diversity of the sport along with the complexity of human body motions. Research development focuses on addressing this challenge by creating a sophisticated weighted ensemble model that synthesizes the leading deep-learning network components of ResNet50 DenseNet121 and EfficientNet-B0. Each of the ResNet50 Dense-Net121 and EfficientNet-B0 operates extraordinarily well when processing visual data. These separate models reach their full potential after being integrated into a weighted ensemble framework. The collective mechanism merges commission outputs while rating them according to their validation accuracy results. Through Weighted Ensemble the resulting performance achieves better accuracy than individual models thus reaching a testing accuracy of 98% which demonstrates strong capability in sports image classification. The presented research points to ensemble learning techniques including weighted ensembles as key factors which increase image classification effectiveness. The ensemble model validated its effectiveness through a 98% testing accuracy which signifies its practical value for sports analytics content recommendation systems and fitness tracker implementations.
