Reinforcement Learning for Sentiment Classification from Noisy Data
The revolutionary impact of transformer architectures on Natural Language Processing decreases substantially because they become ineffective at dealing with ambiguous contexts as well as noisy data distributions and complex dependencies. Therefore, we develop a new Reinforcement Learning approach to improve sentiment classification systems that operate in these demanding environments. Our framework establishes an adaptive instance selection method to improve learning efficiency in heterogeneous and noisy data distributions since it differs from typical processing techniques that need extensive data cleaning with large annotation datasets. The main advancement stems from a process that improves selection protocols step by step while eliminating the detrimental impacts of noisy data samples on model performance. The method presents accurate classification results while avoiding lengthy data-cleaning methods that involve excessive computing resources. Evaluation of the system proves its effectiveness in raising classification accuracy levels which reach 90.5 percent for various benchmarked data types. The presented research findings advance the understanding of combining RL paradigms with language models by suggesting useful pathways to improve model robustness and transfer capability. This framework offers autonomous scalability for practical NLP needs, which avoids most of the existing system limitations. The presented study provides new paths for engineers to create robust language processing systems with the ability to adapt to the processing of challenging real-world linguistic data.
