IT-Driven Microbiome Strategies (Bacteriophage-Synbiotics) Simulation: Enhancing Immune Pathogen Elimination
The elimination of pathogenic bacteria while preserving a healthy microbiome represents a significant challenge in microbiome research and therapeutic development. This study investigates the optimization of microbiome modification methods to improve the efficacy and safety of pathogenic bacteria elimination. We systematically evaluate various strategies, including prebiotic and probiotic interventions, microbial transplantation, and antimicrobial treatments, to determine their impact on both pathogenic bacteria and the overall microbiome composition. Through experimental and analytical approaches, we identify key factors that enhance the selective removal of harmful bacteria while minimizing disruptions to beneficial microbiota. Our findings provide insights into the development of more effective microbiome-based therapies and highlight the importance of tailored interventions to achieve optimal outcomes in pathogenic bacteria control. This research contributes to advancing microbiome modification techniques and offers a foundation for future studies aimed at improving microbial health and combating infections.
