A Study on Production Decision Making Based on 0/1 Integer Planning and Particle Swarm Optimisation Models
This study aims to optimise the production inspection process through a decision-making method based on 0/1 integer programming and particle swarm optimisation model. In this paper, firstly, for the accessories defective rate error, assuming that the accessories samples conform to binomial distribution, the sample size is calculated and the phased sampling scheme is designed. Secondly, the production process is analysed using the 0/1 integer planning model, different inspection strategies are divided, and the inspection decisions of accessories and finished products are considered comprehensively to form a variety of strategy combinations. Finally, for the increase of process complexity, the particle swarm optimisation algorithm is used to optimise the decision-making, and the fitness function is set to maximise the total benefit. The optimal decision-making scheme is obtained after several iterations, and the results are compared with those of the exhaustive analysis method to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model in the complex decision-making environment.
