Research on Digital Management of Ray Film Base of Steel Pipeline Welds
In view of the common problems such as film base distortion, self-damage and loss during the storage process of weld ray physical film bases, as well as the problems of inability to identify the same-port films, inconvenient search and mismatch with the evaluation report during the evaluation process, this paper uses optical imaging, mechanical motion and electronic conversion technologies, and adopts a digital scanner to convert the light and dark details of the ray physical film base into images to form a digital image database of the film base. This paper aims to realize the digital management of the film base and achieve the purpose of saving the storage cost of the film base and improving the efficiency of film evaluation.
