Enriching Patient Care and Health Outcomes using Wearable Technology

With its constant, immediate knowledge into indi- cators and circumstances, wearable technology within healthcare has completely altered the way health of patients is monitored. This review analyzes wearable technology in the medical field today, emphasizing how it could be utilized to monitor patient health and increase clinical results. In order to record blood pressure, glucose levels, heart rate and sleep patterns, wearables like such as watches, fitness trackers and specialized medical de- vices are increasingly contained into patient care. These electronic devices minimize visits to hospitals and promote patient auton- omy through the use of early health issue detection, customized medication regimens, and remote support for patients. Also by using the data produced by wearables, healthcare providers could possibly enhance patient outcomes by taking well-informed, decisions based on data. The analysis additionally highlights the need to enhance wearable technology integration with the present health care infrastructure, along with issues with data security and accuracy. In order to deal with privacy concerns and improve the precision, affordability, and usability of these devices, future advances in this field may concentrate on addressing these kinds of problems. This might lead to a broader and successful adoption of such devices in healthcare systems. This paper underlines how wearable technology may revolutionize healthcare by facilitating active tracking of health and custom medical interventions.
