Research on Calibration Method of Steel Ruler Automatic Calibration Device Based on Grating Ruler Technology
The automatic calibration device for steel rulers based on grating ruler measurement technology has been widely used in the metrological calibration work of steel rulers by various legal metrology institutions. This article introduces the basic structure and principle of the automatic steel ruler calibration device based on grating ruler technology. The laser interferometer is used to study the calibration method of the steel ruler automatic calibration device. At the same time, the indication error of the steel ruler automatic calibration device is within its maximum allowable error range, verifying the rationality of the calibration method.
