Wireless Satellite-to-Earth communication with Multiple Sensors by using RF and IoT Technology

The wireless satellite-to-earth communication system uses a combination of radio frequency (RF) and internet of things (IoT) Technology to establish a robust and flexible communication link between two units they are transmitting satellite (Unit-A) and receiving satellite or Earth station (Unit B). The system is designed to provide real-time data exchange, sensor monitoring, and dynamic hardware control. Unit A serves as the transmitter to Unit B, and the receiver Unit contains the output devices such as a Buzzer, LCD Module, LED Indicator, and a DC Servo Motor. The received data triggers audio and visual alerts on Unit B, which helps to enhance situational awareness. Furthermore, the system integrates IoT technology through a Node MCU (Wi-Fi Module), allowing the transmitted data to be continuously transferred to a Blynk-based cloud server. Users can access this communicated data in real-time through this Blynk Android application, providing remote monitoring and control capabilities. The power supply setup ensures stable operation, using a step-down transformer, bridge rectifier, and voltage regulator to deliver consistent power to the microcontrollers and associated components, compared to earlier systems the main objective is to demonstrate the communication between the Satellite and Ground Station using RF Link and also update the received signal or parameters on IoT Based Cloud server. Using this server users can monitor this data from any remote location. The final output is predicted as the Threshold value being constant in all cases as 800 ppm for the Gas, with the Gas Sensor readings which vary as 500ppm, 900 ppm, 800ppm, 801ppm, 799ppm which are sometimes equal, less, and more than the Threshold values based on the values the output may vary. Similarly, the same application is followed in the case of a Temperature sensor for which the Threshold value is 40ppm where the Temperature Sensor value varies accordingly.
