ANALYSIS OF INFORMATIZATION OF EDUCATION AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Modern information technologies such as the Internet, cloud computing, and big data have inspired human thinking, empowered all segments of society, and radically changed the ways of production, living, and learning, opening up broad development prospects. In the context of the continuous development and deepening of the integration of information technologies into the field of education, two key concepts have emerged: “informatization of education” and “digital transformation of education”, which have been widely discussed and applied in practice. These two concepts may seem similar, but in fact they represent different directions in the development of education. On this basis, this article analyzes the importance of the digital transformation of education, primarily its positive role in improving the quality of education, promoting equality in education, promoting educational reform and developing innovative talents.
