MODELING A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY FOR A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN CONDITIONS OF EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT INSTABILITY

The article presents an economic-mathematical model for developing a sustainable development strategy for construction companies in the context of external environment instability. The model is based on the optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs) while considering risk factors and resource constraints. An analysis of experimental data is conducted, confirming the model’s effectiveness. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the integration of dynamic programming methods and scenario analysis to adapt the strategy to changing conditions. The results of the study can be used to enhance the resilience of construction companies during crises. The article also includes a detailed literature review, experimental data, and conclusions that emphasize the practical significance of the proposed model. Special attention is given to the description of the company on which the research was conducted, allowing for a better understanding of the context in which the model is applied.
