EVALUATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE ENTERPRISE: QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE APPROACHES

The article examines the methods of assessing the labor potential of the enterprise, their limitations and the possibilities of improvement. Quantitative and qualitative approaches, including integral and synergetic effects of collective work, are considered. The coefficient of efficiency of the labor potential of the enterprise, taking into account various risk factors, is proposed. The analysis demonstrates the need for an integrated approach to workforce management to achieve sustainable performance.
