Genetic Rights and the Principle of Human Dignity as a Form of Learning

Objective: It is understood that genetic manipulation is based on the representation of learning and the principle of dignity, moral, social and ethical values as a form of right inherent to human beings (if such principles are respected) as set out in the Federal Constitution of 1988. Thus, this research aims to analyze the area of Genetic Engineering, Biotechnology and the legal effects generated from natural and scientific conceptions about artificial and genetic reproduction constructed in society. Theoretical framework: The study of genetic manipulation includes the analysis of topics such as the human genome and human rights, in addition to respect for ethics and the 1988 Constitution regarding therapeutic cloning; reproductive cloning; the use of artificial intelligence; nanorobots, genetic learning, artificial insemination, among other techniques. These scientific instruments are effective in improving people's health and lives, preserving human dignity. Results and Discussion: The arguments to be described are of an explanatory-descriptive methodological nature in order to explain certain social facts developed psychologically with cognitive and mental influences of the individual influenced by the environment. Research Implications: Positive results are expected from the study with the help of public policies and state investment practices in the scientific area to revolutionize society. An organization of scientific-technological bases is needed to seek the importance of the role of genetics for future generations. Originality/Value: The study will propose effective techniques for human health in order to provide greater assistance to the evolution of genetics within science to combat diseases and improve lives, such as artificial insemination, artificial intelligence, therapeutic cloning, and reproduction within ethical principles and human dignity.
