The semantic foundation for the implementation of a qualimetric model of teachers' creative potential developmentIn modern conditions, qualimetric tools for effective management decision-making are of particular relevance.The article deals with the problem of a qualimetric approach to assessing the development of teachers' creative potential.Since a systematic analysis of the RTPD reveals the reasons for its level, determining the quality of management and the impact on the positive dynamics of personality transformation, it determines the search for new methods and functions of management.The expediency of using qualimetric tools for analysis, planning and forecasting, implementation of current adjustments to the process of personality transformation and activities of an educational institution is characterised.It is determined that managerial activity is the degree of the manager's ability to hear and communicate, since the process of obtaining new data through reflection requires processing.Therefore, when measuring the components of creative potential (hereinafter referred to as CP) with the developed qualimetric tools, a qualimetric model is used that ensures the dynamics of personality transformation.Particular attention is paid to the quality of management as a category in the management paradigm of today.It is substantiated that the most effective management decisions play an important role in the performance of an educational institution in terms of its positioning and competitiveness of the school team.The possibility of applying the qualimetry method in pedagogy and the benefits of using the management model to assess the level of teacher's creative potential are proved.The considered aspects give grounds to assert that the professional activity of a teacher and his/her individual essence depends on the professional competence of the manager and flexible management.
