Modern methods of teaching Chinese hieroglyphics
Features of non-profit organizations' activities in conflict areas: international experience and Ukrainian practiceNon-profit organizations are important components of civil society, playing a key role in overcoming social, economic and humanitarian challenges, especially during periods of crisis situations, such as armed conflicts. Thanks to their activities, the basic needs of the population are ensured, legal, psychological and humanitarian assistance is provided, and social cohesion is promoted. The purpose of the article is to comprehensively analyze the features of NPO activities in conflict zones, identify the main problems they face, study the Ukrainian practice of NPO functioning in the context of modern armed conflict, and highlight the successful international experience of their organization and support. The paper uses an interdisciplinary approach that combines legal, sociological and economic analysis. The main methods were the analysis and synthesis of literary sources, statistical methods for processing data on the activities of NGOs, as well as a comparative method for studying international experience. The results of the study showed that Ukrainian NGOs play a significant role in solving humanitarian problems, but their development is constrained by a number of factors. In particular, shortcomings in legal regulation, lack of funding, passivity of citizens in engaging in public activities and a low level of trust in NGOs.In turn, international experience demonstrates that effective interaction between the state, society and business, in particular by providing tax benefits, implementing state programs to support volunteering and forming a positive image of NGOs, can become the basis for the stable functioning of these organizations.Based on the analysis, it was concluded that NGOs, working in conflict situations, not only solve urgent problems of a humanitarian nature, but also contribute to long-term social and economic changes. To increase their effectiveness in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the legislative framework, provide state support, create educational programs for volunteers and activists, and integrate best international practices. This will strengthen citizens' trust in NGOs and support the development of democratic institutions in Ukraine.
