SEPARATE ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION AND CONTENT OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE IN THE PRESENT CONDITIONS

The article is devoted to separate issues of legal regulation and content of economic security of Ukraine in the present conditions. The role aspect of compliance with the appropriate level of economic security of Ukraine in emergency conditions of development is determined. The expediency of rethinking the essential content of economic security of Ukraine as a conceptual category has been substantiated. The author's vision has been provided and expediency of understanding the economic security of Ukraine as a set of legal instruments has been substantiated, based on the latest methods and techniques in the security mechanisms in the economic sphere, which acts as a functional component, foundation and material basis of national security, in order to preserve national economic interests on the basis of the effectiveness of measures to overcome the negative impact of external and internal challenges, in emergency conditions of Ukraine's development. It is noted that for a country under the influence of military challenges, the priority in the processes of economic security belongs to national economic interests. The author's vision of their content as a complex of economic needs of the country, which is under the influence of extraordinary conditions of development, satisfaction of which ensures the effectiveness of the model of development of the national economy on the basis of sustainable economic growth, promotes the reproduction of the social potential of the nation and increases accessibility to the information space, in the context of national security in order to facilitate the adaptation of measures to minimize risks and threats. The components of the legal basis for regulating the economic security of Ukraine are disclosed, attention is drawn to the key legal norms, the mechanism of interaction between the economic security of the country and the national security of the country as its key component is disclosed. It has been determined that the State, as a guarantor of the protection of national economic interests, should constantly investigate both real and prospective threats to the economic security of Ukraine and determine the mechanisms for its protection to ensure the development of a socially oriented national economy.
