MEAT PRODUCTIVITY OF YOUNG BULLS IF USED THE FEED ADDITIVE «CELLOBACTERIN» IN THEIR DIETS

In these recent times, serious attention has been paid to the use of enzymatic feed additives to increase beef production. The article discusses the results of using the enzymatic feed additive «Cellobacterin» in growing and fattening Simmental bulls up to 18 months of age in the Sterlibashevsky District of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This preparation was included in the diets of the first experimental group of bulls in the amount of 15 g / head per day, the second group - 20 g / head and the third - 25 g / head. At 18 months of age, according to the pre-slaughter weight, the animals of the experimental groups had a predominant difference with the control group in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd groups, respectively, 8.2 kg (1.8 %), 18.1 kg (4.0 %) and 25.9 kg (5.8 %). In the 2nd and 3rd groups it was highly reliable at P<0.001. In terms of hot carcass weight, the difference with the control was 6.6 kg (2.8 %), 15.2 kg (6.4 %) and 22.7 kg (9.6 %), respectively, in the groups. In general, in terms of slaughter weight, the difference in the bulls of the 2nd and 3rd groups with values of 20.7 and 29.8 kg was highly reliable P<0.001. With these values of hot carcass weight and slaughter weight, the carcass yield and slaughter yield were 55.7 %, 56.8 % and 57.8 %, respectively, for the experimental bulls, with a difference to the control of 1.2 % for the 1st experimental group, 2.3 % for the second and 3.3% for the third. In terms of pulp weight, the advantages of the second and third groups over the control bulls were 7.9 kg and 12.5 kg and were highly reliable - P<0.001. In terms of pulp yield, the advantages of the experimental bulls over the control were 1.5 % for the first, 2.2 % for the second, and 2.8 % for the third, respectively. The best results were obtained when using this additive at a dose of 25 g/head per day, at the doses we studied.
