PARAMETERS OF THE VEGETATIVE-GENERATIVE SPHERE AND INTRODUCTION POSSIBILITIES OF PLANTS OF THE GENUS SALVIA AND THE GENUS LEONURUS

The article presents data on some morphobiological features of the following medicinal herb species: Leonurus cardiaca Gilib., Leonurus guinguelohatus Gilib., Salvia sclarea L., Salvia aethiopis L., growing in the main introduction point of the Orenburg region - the Orenburg State University Botanical Garden. It has been established that the species fully implement their ontogenetic program, the final stage of which is reflected in the seeds that produce offspring. The average seed productivity for two motherwort species ranged from 458.8 to 818.9 seeds per plant, and for two sage species from 319.3 to 735.2 seeds per plant. For all the studied plants, the variation of traits is diverse: from low to high values of the variation coefficient (CV, %). It has been established that Salvia aethiopis L. (Ethiopian sage) is less promising for cultivation. The total score for assessing the prospects for the remaining species was 11-13 points.
