Methane adsorption in an SDS–oil–cellulose compound system: an experimental and interface simulation study

A novel SDS–oil–cellulose composite system was developed, achieving a methane adsorption efficiency of 14.36%. Cellulose enhances adsorption by strengthening interfacial interactions and reducing the free energy barrier.
