Evaluation of the Effect of Collaborative Nursing Mode Combined with KAP Nursing Intervention in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的：深入探讨KAP护理干预的具体内容，例如针对不同知识、态度和行为水平的患者，设计个性化的干预方案，并详细描述干预的实施过程和效果评估方法。方法：本研究收治时间点在2023年7月至2024年6月，纳入对象为腰椎间盘突出症患者共140例，按照随机数字表法，分为观察组70例，实施协同护理模式联合KAP护理干预；对照组70例，实施单一协同护理模式。结果：观察组的NRS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P P Objective: To explore the specific contents of KAP nursing intervention in depth, such as designing personalized intervention programs for patients with different knowledge, attitude and behavior levels, and describe the implementation process and effectiveness evaluation methods of intervention in detail. Methods: A total of 140 patients with lumbar disc herniation were included in this study from July 2023 to June 2024 and were divided into observation group (70 cases) according to random number table method. Collaborative nursing mode combined with KAP nursing intervention was implemented. The control group, 70 cases, implemented single collaborative nursing mode. Results: NRS score, SAS score and SDS score of observation group were lower than those of control group (P P < 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of collaborative nursing mode combined with KAP nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation is helpful in improving their nursing satisfaction and reducing the degree of body pain, which is worth studying and popularizing.
