This study uses a quantitative approach by applying a survey method. 196 teachers from Tamil Vernacular Schools (SJKT) in the Kuala Muda Yan District were selected as the study sample using simple random sampling technique. A questionnaire containing 80 items was used as the data collection instrument, with a reliability value of 0.78 for the Headmaster’s Transformational Leadership Style variable and 0.89 for the Teacher’s Innovative Behavior variable. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, specifically multiple regression. The findings show that the level of the Headmaster’s Transformational Leadership Style is high. The findings also indicate that there is a significant influence of the Headmaster's Transformational Leadership Style on the Teacher’s Innovative Behavior. The implications of this study can be seen through the practice of the Headmaster's Transformational Leadership, which encourages Innovative Behavior among teachers. However, there is still room for leaders to provide exposure and emphasize Innovative Behavior among teachers.
