INVESTIGATION OF THE NEED FOR ENERGY AUDIT OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS

Construction project management should include the management of the construction and operation process of the construction project. Energy audit of buildings is one of the methods of improving the operation and management of construction projects. This is an audit of the energy consumption factors of an individual building from a micro-point of view. In this article, starting with the presentation of the current state of energy resources use in public buildings and audit methods, the problems that can be solved by energy audit of buildings are analyzed. Based on the study of energy audit methods and combining relevant practical experience, through statistical analysis of data on energy consumption in buildings and testing of energy systems, the energy-saving potential of public buildings’ energy systems is studied and effective proposals for energy efficiency improvement are put forward, which will play a certain reference role in improving energy efficiency in the operation of public buildings in the future.
