SUBJECT-ORIENTED PROCESS MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN INDUSTRY 4.0.

The article is devoted to examining subject-oriented management (S-BPM) as a tool for designing digital transformation within the framework of industry 4.0. The authors give justification for the link between the modeling tools of the studied area and the success of complex automation. The analysis of the provisions of the RAMI 4.0 model, developed in Germany in cooperation with the organizations of Japan, China and India, consolidated by the national standard of the Russian Federation “Model of reference architecture of industry 4.0.” The analytical findings are used to assess current practices and prospects for S-BPM. The authors have developed a conceptual model for creating a subject-oriented digital double of a system of smart production, and the main stages of this process have been highlighted. The logic of application of the proposed model is described in Arenadata, a large Russian software developer for data management and processing. The results of the study can be used to increase the efficiency of digital transformation of Russian industrial companies. Abstract
