KEY ASPECTS OF EFFECTIVE AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH

Currently, Russia's economic agenda focuses on addressing social and economic challenges within the framework of government programs and strategies. However, the implementation of these tasks is complicated by the geopolitical and economic challenges and threats that the country faces. To overcome these difficulties, many experts believe that developing the innovative aspect of Russia's state policy is a key direction. The contribution of Russian science to the innovative development of agriculture still does not meet advanced global standards, and only a few research areas show results comparable to international achievements. Existing mechanisms for supporting innovations in the agricultural sector require improvement. Therefore, there is a need to enhance the approaches and methods of innovative development in agriculture under changing conditions. The article presents subsystems aimed at assisting in the formation of a strategy for the innovative development of agriculture and achieving the tasks set for the sector.
