MAIN SOCIOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ANALYSIS OF THE DIGITAL LABOR MARKET

The article examines the concept of the "digital labor market," which has become relevant due to the development of digital technologies and their integration into labor relations. The term began to be actively used in Russia from the early 2010s, when the digitization of various economic sectors started. One of the first documents to use this term was the Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017–2030, approved by a Decree of the President of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes key aspects and legal frameworks of the digital labor market, as well as its impact on labor relations and employment in modern Russia.
