IMPACT OF NOISE POLLUTION ON ENVIRONMENT: AN EXPLORATORY STUDY

The spread of noise has a number of effects on how people and animals behave.Loud music, transportation, explosions and people are some of the leading causes of noise pollution. This study explored the factors related to noise pollution perceived by 43 college students in Kolkata. In this study, interpretive phenomenological analysis was employed. The findings revealed five domains for noise pollution impacting both physical and mental health problems in humans and animals and had latent impacts on their behaviour.
