DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AS AN IMPERATIVE FOR INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN UKRAINE

The article studies digital transformation in business, which is becoming a key factor determining the competitive advantages and viability of modern enterprises in the economic environment. Digital transformation is gaining particular importance given the importance of ensuring the continuity of business processes in an unstable external environment. Establishing theoretical, conceptual foundations of digital transformation using the example of Ukraine under martial law. The study reveals Ukraine's inconsistency in global rankings of digital competitiveness. Legislative changes are considered crucial for creating an atmosphere favorable for digital transformation of business. It is emphasized that knowledge transfer, access to advanced technologies and best practices of digital transformation can be facilitated through strategic relationships with global organizations, technology businesses and academic institutions. The study provides practical recommendations for improving digital transformation and identifies challenges that need to be addressed for the successful implementation of further digitalization strategies in Ukraine. The importance of public-private partnerships, assessment of the impact of digital technologies on traditional industries and employment, as well as the role of digital technologies in post-conflict reconstruction and recovery of the Ukrainian economy are outlined. It is emphasized that digital transformation is becoming an important aspect for Ukrainian business, especially in conditions of martial law. War and instability pose serious challenges to enterprises, but it is these challenges that stimulate accelerated and radical digital transformation. They force businesses to adapt to new realities and use digital technologies to improve internal processes, interact with customers, suppliers and partners, as well as to develop new products and services. Digitalization not only opens up new opportunities for business, but also helps to solve important economic problems, such as increasing employment and attracting capital.
