Under the background of the “Belt and Road” initiative, the cooperation and exchanges between China and Central Asian countries in the field of sports are becoming more and more frequent, and the cultivation of talents in the rule of law in sports has become a key factor in the process of promoting sports exchanges. Taking China and Central Asia as an example, this study examines the mechanism and effect of the cultivation of sports rule of law talents in China and Central Asian countries, and puts forward a cultivation strategy with an international perspective. The study adopts the methodology of combining literature analysis, expert interviews and case studies, and compares and analyses the differences and connections between China and Central Asian countries in the cultivation of sports rule of law talents based on an extensive review of the current situation of sports legal system, education system and development in China- Central Asia. The study proposes countermeasures to improve the training mechanism of sports rule of law talents, including the establishment of a curriculum system tailored to the characteristics of Central Asia, the optimisation of the platform for sharing educational resources, the enhancement of practical operational capabilities and international cooperation projects, and emphasises the importance of multi-level and all-round exchanges under the framework of international cooperation. The innovation of the study lies in the in-depth analysis of the sport rule of law environment in Central Asia and the reconstruction of China’s talent cultivation strategy in this field, aiming at providing theoretical references and practical paths for the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the cultivation of international sport rule of law talents.
