Double Jeopardy: Tricuspid Atresia with Truncus Arteriosus

Tricuspid atresia with truncus arteriosus is a rare anomaly. We present the case report of 9 days old child who presented with mild cyanosis with tachypnea, diagnosed as tricuspid atresia with truncus arteriosus type 1. This case highlights the need of detailed echocardiography in any child presenting congenital heart disease.
