K-ADAA: Intelligent Vision System for Designing of Personalized Apparel
In the 21st century, we can shop anytime and anywhere without leaving our comfort zones but there is still a noteworthy difference between offline and online shopping resulting high return rates especially in the apparel sector. One of the main reasons for these high return rates is the lack of accurate body measurement information, which often results in poor fit. This study explores how an intelligent vision system, created using MediaPipe and the K-Means algorithm, can resolve this issue by improving the accuracy of body measurements and reducing the required time for users to take those measurements, the system enables better apparel customization and ultimately helps reduce return rates and encourages sustainable production practices. It will provide accuracy with good extent when compares with the body measurements taken manually
