Metro Operation and Maintenance Safety Risk Assessment Based on CIM Platform
The acceleration of urbanization has promoted the development of subway construction. Subway is an important part of urban traffic, and its operation and maintenance safety risk assessment can predict and judge the condition of subway in advance. In terms of information management, the subway lacks standardized coding system, the maintenance knowledge base is not perfect, and the overall equipment maintenance strategy is implemented. Therefore, the operation and maintenance has problems such as backward management system, reduced efficiency, imperfect system, and difficult statistical information. Therefore, this paper proposes that the CIM platform is combined with metro operation and maintenance data for security risk assessment, so as to realize risk early warning and take measures in advance to reduce risks and ensure people’s safety. This paper mainly uses the methods of investigation, quantitative analysis, weight comparison and experimental simulation to analyze the data of subway operation and maintenance, obtain the impact factor, and evaluate the safety risk. The experimental results show that the failure rate of the vehicle system is in the middle (0.05), the fault frequency of the signal and communication system is the lowest (0.03), and the failure rate of the power and power supply system is the highest (0.08). The research shows that the signal and communication system is more reliable and durable, the performance of the vehicle system is in the middle, and the electric power supply system is the worst.
