Medical Data Security and Sharing Mechanisms in Cloud Computing Environments
The proliferation of cloud computing has brought new challenges to data security and sharing, especially in the medical field. The sensitivity and complexity of medical data demand higher security standards and fine-grained sharing control. This article explores data security and sharing mechanisms in the cloud computing environment, with a particular focus on the application of key technologies such as searchable encryption, proxy re-encryption, and differential privacy in the protection of medical data. A ciphertext query system model that supports multi-keyword search and dynamic updates is proposed, which is particularly suitable for the medical field to ensure that doctors and researchers can efficiently access and analyze encrypted medical records while protecting patient privacy. In addition, we propose a fine-grained ciphertext sharing system model based on access control, which is crucial for controlling the sharing of medical data to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. Security analysis and performance evaluation prove the effectiveness of the proposed methods in the protection of medical data. The research in this article provides new solutions for data security and sharing in cloud computing, especially in the application of the medical field.
