Analysis of Influencing Factors of Sweeping Robot Use Experience Based on Structural Equation Model

Sweeping robots have gone through years of development, whether it is sweeping or additional functions, there is a relatively perfect system. However, as the living standards of residents continue to improve, they have higher requirements for the consumption of intelligent home appliances. The progress of functional improvement and technological innovation of sweeping robots has been relatively slow, and the effect in market expansion has been poor.In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the floor-sweeping robot industry, this paper collects first-hand quantitative data through questionnaire surveys, and uses validated factor analysis and structural equation model to study the factors affecting the consumer satisfaction of floor-sweeping robots. The results show that: product quality perception, service quality perception and perceived value directly and positively affect consumer satisfaction; brand image indirectly and positively affects consumer satisfaction through consumer expectations; and consumer satisfaction directly and positively affects consumer loyalty. It is recommended that enterprises: deepen the brand connotation and establish a positive brand image; strictly control the quality management and lead the new cleaning fashion; enhance the service quality and improve the user experience.
