Exploring the potential of two-dimensional bismuth–copper hybrid double perovskites for memristor applications

In this work, we successfully developed a lead-free hybrid double perovskite (H 2 MPP) 2 BiCuI 8 for the first time, exhibiting a layered structure, a narrow band gap of 1.65 eV, and enhanced stability for memristor applications.
