Ultra-Wideband Polarization Insensitive Tunable Terahertz Modulator for 6G Communication

We propose a polarization-insensitive, tunable broadband modulator using a multi-stacked metamaterial integrated with VO₂. Our design enables a transition from a band-reject filter to nearly perfect reflection through external temperature control, offering potential for broadband communication and photonics applications.

Abstract

We propose a polarization-insensitive, tunable broadband modulator using a multi-stacked metamaterial integrated with VO₂. Our design enables a transition from a band-reject filter to nearly perfect reflection through external temperature control, offering potential for broadband communication and photonics applications.
