Impact of Laser Detuning on Four-Wave Mixing in Microring Resonators

Dual-pumped four-wave mixing of microring resonators fabricated on a dispersive silicon on insulator material platform is experimentally explored. The conversion efficiency is obtained as a function of the pump laser detuning.
