Technological Cycle of the Periodic Structures Controlled Formation Based on the Microparticle Regular Arrays

Periodic structures obtained by self-organization of the micro-sized spherical particles represent a new class of materials promising in the electronics. Scaling processes of the particle synthesis, their controlled self-assembly into the crystals, strengthening and subsequent dimensional treatment is difficult due to the lack of the structure parameter dependences on their production mode necessary for transferring the processes to the practical level. The paper presents solutions to this problem developed as a result of theoretical and experimental studies. They are required for formation of the periodic structures with the given number of layers and diameter of the silica and polystyrene spheres. Description of the technological operations conducted in the laboratory complex and results of studying the corresponding processes are presented in this paper. They will provide a possibility of transferring the developed technologies into practice.
