Ultra-Wide Adiabatic Microring Resonators Based on Euler Curve and Modified Bessel Curve for Improved Variation Tolerance

We optimized the inner contour of an ultra-wide adiabatic curved waveguide based on high-order Bessel curves using inverse design method to achieve the stable mode transmission. The adiabatic microring formed by the designed curved waveguide exhibits low transmission loss.
