Silicon integrated low-dimensional material photodetectors

The low-dimensional materials (LDMs) provide promising solutions for low-integration-cost, high-performance, and broadband photodetection in the silicon photonic integrated circuits. This talk will introduce our recent works around this topic, including several types of ultra-fast silicon integrated graphene photodetectors and high-sensitivity silicon integrated LDM photodetectors.
