A Method of Power Transmission Line Planning for Undeveloped Islands
Nowadays, there are still many islands in the world that have not been developed. When human beings develop, power construction is an indispensable part of the island development process. To address the problem of high cost of geographical exploration and transmission line planning in the early stage of island power construction, this paper establishes a universal island model and combines the policy iteration algorithm to plan the island transmission line. Finally, the efficiency of the transmission line planning is improved and the labor input of the previous planning is greatly reduced.
