Modeling the Coefficients of Simultaneity, Demand and Participation at the Maximum of Multi-apartment Buildings

In this article., the actual values of the simultaneity coefficients for apartments., elevator demand., and the participation of elevators in maximum load were defined. The analysis was based on the measurement results in Moscow apartment buildings. The article describes a method for determining the calculated load on the busbars of the input-distribution device according to regulatory documents. A comparative analysis of the obtained coefficients with values from regulatory documentation was conducted. An updated graph showing the dependence of the simultaneity coefficient on the number of apartments was proposed. It was found that the simultaneity coefficient for 100 apartments exceeds the simultaneity coefficient for 1000 apartments by 5%., while according to the existing methodology the difference is 20%. As a result., it was found that the calculated values of loads according to the methodology are overestimated by 4–5 times compared to the actual data. It was established that the real elevator demand coefficient is 4 to 5 times lower than the normative value. Furthermore., it was found that the actual values of the participation coefficient in the maximum elevator load are 2 to 3.2 times lower.

Abstract

In this article., the actual values of the simultaneity coefficients for apartments., elevator demand., and the participation of elevators in maximum load were defined. The analysis was based on the measurement results in Moscow apartment buildings. The article describes a method for determining the calculated load on the busbars of the input-distribution device according to regulatory documents. A comparative analysis of the obtained coefficients with values from regulatory documentation was conducted. An updated graph showing the dependence of the simultaneity coefficient on the number of apartments was proposed.
